Using the LIBNAME engine with SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Netezza with one of the following procedures might result in an error.
The error, shown below, occurs when the DEFER=YES option is included in the LIBNAME statement. Rather than the majority of the processing being done within Netezza, SAS retrieves the rows from the table and processes the procedure itself. This might result in a performance issue.
ERROR: Requested function is not supported.
WARNING: SQL generation is not possible because incompatible dataset options such as OBS, FIRSTOBS or GENERATION have been specified.
